She has a strong track record of success in agency and corporate settings, particularly in IT, Automotive, Finance, HR, Legal, Federal, Consulting, Sales, and Manufacturing. Cindy excels in full-cycle recruiting, building relationships, cross-industry recruiting, diversity hiring, and high-volume recruiting through innovative strategies, social media networking, and event/career fair organization. Her expertise extends to collaborating with talent management to enhance employee retention.

Cathy Fraser

Cathy has been a dedicated professional in the talent acquisition space since 2010, specializing in providing top-tier candidates to leading companies such as Stellantis (Fiat Chrysler), Ford Motor Company, Ricoh, Astellas Pharma, and StarPlus Energy. With a focus on the automotive, manufacturing and insurance industries, Cathy has collaborated with all levels of organizations, successfully filling positions ranging from executives and team leads to engineers, buyers, and production staff.

Throughout her career, Cathy has launched thousands of candidates into rewarding careers, leveraging her expertise in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environments at both IBM and ADP. She takes pride in the strong relationships she has built through exceptional customer service, resulting in a vast network of satisfied clients and candidates.

Cathy’s leadership extends beyond management to actively developing HR talents. She has coached and promoted staff, leading by example in areas like resume writing, behavioral interviewing techniques, and effective counseling. Her proactive engagement in mentoring involves conducting classes that enhance interviewing skills and staff assessments, ensuring a high standard of recruitment and personnel development.

Cathy resides in Troy, Michigan, with her husband Rick. When she's not helping individuals find their dream jobs, Cathy enjoys spending time at the beach with her two daughters and three grandchildren.

Dan has over 28 years of experience in corporate, contingent, and retained search, hiring for companies such as IBM, Deloitte, General Motors, Yahoo!, and Microsoft. 

He has helped more than 36 executives, 410 leaders, and 1700 staff level professionals with finding rewarding career opportunities.
